The beauty and diversity of moths is plain for all to see at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
A stunning exhibition of pictures, artworks and masks can now be seen in the foyer of the Garden’s Theatr Botanica.
All the images have been taken in Carmarthenshire in the past five years and, along with the artworks, masks and scarves, form the exhibition – entitled In A Different Light – by Julian and Fiona Wormald.
Julian, a retired vet and amateur photographer, says: “The aim of the exhibition is to raise the general low level of awareness of the diversity and beauty of these common insects.”
“I hope that it will be a source of information and inspiration for young and old alike to explore this fantastic biodiversity which is all around us, though often hidden from casual view.”
In A Different Light is at the Garden until June 1
